Our riders race in a variety of disciplines ranging from cyclo-cross, road, criteriums, track, time trials, sportives and hill climbs.

CAFÉ RIDES
On the second sunday of each month, a café ride is held so that all members are able to join, fast or slow it is at the "Old Style Club Run Pace". It's a social affair with lots of chatter and banter. We stop at one cafe and ride on roads not normally covered on the usual Sunday rides. The café ride is upto 40 miles. The only additional thing you will need compated to a normal club ride is a small bike lock and some money for the café.

TUESDAY EVENING TRAINING RIDES

VELODROME TRAINING SESSIONS
This is a fantastic opportunity for club members to try a different form of cycling and follow in the tyre tracks of Clancy, Trott, Cavendish and Wiggins. Early booking is essential.
The sessions are for experienced track riders and are tailored accordingly, similarly to an SQT. They are coached by a fully qualified Level 2 track coach. Dates and Times are published via the club emails, or contact the treasurer for further details.
